Which countries do we offer free shipping to?

We offer free worldwide shipping for all our customers.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the customization of the product. Below are the details for standard and expedited shipping:

  1. Standard Delivery
    • Delivery time: 10–12 working days.
    • Custom orders: 12–15 working days.
    • Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next working day.
  2. Expedited Delivery
    • You can opt for faster delivery by paying $30.
    • Delivery time: 6–8 working days.

Please note, our working days are Monday to Friday.


How to Track Shipped Products?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company for updates on the delivery status.

  • If the order is delayed or placed on hold by the courier, customers must directly contact the courier service.
  • For failed delivery attempts, customers need to coordinate with the courier to reschedule delivery. If the parcel is destroyed due to repeated failed attempts, we are not responsible for the loss.

What If You Receive a Damaged Parcel?

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
  2. Ensure the item remains unused and the tags are intact.
  3. Damaged or altered items will not qualify for our return, exchange, or refund policies.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • US Customers: No customs charges apply.
  • Other Countries: Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and customers are responsible for paying customs charges based on their country’s policy.
  • In many cases, we declare the shipment as a gift to minimize import charges.

Customs policies vary from country to country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify and cover any local duties or taxes. The product price does not include these charges.


Important Shipping Guidelines

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, kindly keep the following in mind:

  1. Double-check your address, name, email, and contact details when placing an order.
  2. We may require a signature to confirm safe delivery.
  3. For security reasons, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
  4. If your order includes both customized and non-customized items, we may deliver the non-customized item first and ship the customized one later.
  5. Once your order is dispatched, changes to the delivery address cannot be made. Please contact the courier company for further assistance.

While we strive to deliver your products on time, certain factors may cause delays, including:

Natural disasters or public holidays.

Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer.
